Relaxation massage helps you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. This calming experience encourages the body to shift from a heightened state of stress (sympathetic nervous system) into a state of rest and relaxation (parasympathetic nervous system), creating space for both physical and mental relaxation.
