Regulate your energy flow and improve your flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance. 

This practice involves flowing playfully from pose to pose at a slow to medium pace, focusing on correct alignment and breathing. 

Classes incorporate gentle stretching and strengthening of the entire body, with props, modifications, and variations offered throughout if required. Practice often begins with a short meditation, follows with a sequence of asanas, ends with a meditation and an optional temple massage using essential oil. A little sound bowl will be used often either at the start or end of classes, offering grounding and mindfulness.

This practice is beneficial for anyone but, its especially beneficial for people who are:

  • New to yoga and wanting to learn the foundations
  • Wanting a slower practice but still wanting movement
  • Wanting to improve ROM, balance, coordination, and etc.
  • Looking to strengthen their mind-body connection and gain grounding techniques
